Car Polisher Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standard of work and efficiency in detailing, polishing, ceramic coats
• To know the stages with polishing needs according to the condition of the surface
• To remove small damages as well as scratches on top of cars to give them a new look
• To remove the minor scratches from the vehicle surface
• Ensure that work is completed to the highest possible standard, and within agreed timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Repairs or replaces machine parts to maintain the machine in operational condition.
• Reads work order to determine parts to be buffed or polished

• Ability to display courteous and professional attitude
• Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends
• Ability to work standing over long periods of time
• Ability to lift items of moderate weight
• Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions
• Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicles to customers in record time
• Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers
• Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job
• Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars
• Knowledge of cars and their parts, tools, and other necessary equipment
• Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.

Car Polisher Education and Training Requirements

• High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Certified Car Polisher from any reputable automotive brand like Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche
