Car Polisher Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest standard of work and efficiency in detailing, polishing, ceramic coats
- To know the stages with polishing needs according to the condition of the surface
- To remove small damages as well as scratches on top of cars to give them a new look
- To remove the minor scratches from the vehicle surface
- Ensure that work is completed to the highest possible standard, and within agreed timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Repairs or replaces machine parts to maintain the machine in operational condition.
- Reads work order to determine parts to be buffed or polished
Car Polisher Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends
- Ability to work standing over long periods of time
- Ability to lift items of moderate weight
- Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions
- Ability to work swiftly to deliver washed vehicles to customers in record time
- Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers
- Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job
- Experience driving vehicles of different types, including automatic and manual cars
- Knowledge of cars and their parts, tools, and other necessary equipment
- Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
Car Polisher Education and Training Requirements
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Certified Car Polisher from any reputable automotive brand like Mercedes Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Porsche
